Meena has extensive experience in the field of medical billing and she has provided billing services for a variety of companies, including those in the healthcare industry. Meena is detail-oriented and dedicates her time to ensuring that client services at Serenity are processed in a time-sensitive, and accurate manner. She is highly organized, reliable, and resourceful, and she is available to answer client questions related to claims and account balances. Meena works with insurance companies to process claims, complete prior-authorizations, follow-up on denials, process appeals, and work toward remittances and payments. Meena manages client statements, payments and payment arrangements, past-due notices, and client refunds. Meena is also Serenity’s insurance credentialing specialist.
