Did you know the theme for Mental Health Awareness Month this May 2023, is “More Than Enough.”

The National Alliance on Mental Illness states this is an opportunity for all of us to come together and remember the inherent value we each hold — no matter our diagnosis, appearance, socioeconomic status, background or ability #morethanenough
Always Remember, You Are More Than Enough
by Tiffany | May 26, 2023
You were born being enough. Nothing you say or do will ever subtract from who you are.
There is a certain light within your soul that radiates. It's not that people cannot see the beauty within, it's that very few will be able to appreciate it.
People will try to make you feel like your existence doesn't matter. They will throw hurtful words and try to break you.
The truth is they don't love themselves enough and the only way to fill that void is to belittle you.
If there was someone that made you question your worth; please know, there is a certain way you breath, certain way you walk, certain way you talk that someone will undoubtedly cherish.
They will be able to see that light within your soul.
There will be times in your life when you feel like you can't go on. You feel like you've done everything possible to reach your goals.
You sacrificed everything to reach it and yet you still feel like it's impossible. You receive rejection after rejection and then you start to question if you're even worthy enough to obtain it?
You are more than enough and your ambition is admirable. You will reach it because dedication always wins.
Sometimes we feel like who've we become is not enough as well. We feel like the decisions we made have made us less than who we are meant to be.
Please know that the decisions you make, either bad or good, put you on a path to the life you're destined for. I don't believe in mistakes, I believe in destiny.
You are more than enough to handle all of the hardships you come to face.
You are more than enough for the right person to fall in love with every detail of your being.
You are more than enough to overcome the failures and you're worthy to thrive in your success.
You are more than enough to be adored, cherished, and loved.
You are more than enough to get back up time and time again after rejections.
You are more than enough to face your demons and all of your fears.
You are more than enough to still be loved even if you made unforgivable decisions.
You are worthy of love and most importantly worthy of your own love.
