New Group Offering!!! This Mindfulness and Meditation Therapy group will focus on learning and practicing skills that aid in reduction of stress and improve wellbeing. Each session will incorporate breathing practices, gentle body movement and calming restorative yoga poses to relax your muscles and your nervous system.
We’ll learn why mindfulness is important and helpful and each session we’ll practice various mindfulness, meditation and imagery exercises to refresh and restore clarity, improve body awareness and help create life balance. No previous experience is necessary and all levels of experience are welcome. Enjoy this dedicated time in a nonjudgmental space for you to relax and restore body, mind and spirit.
Groups start Monday July 15 from 5 – 6 p.m. First session is 6 weeks and future sessions are being scheduled for the fall.
