Now Offering DBT-3 Groups for 3 Different Ages! Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) at Serenity Behavioral Health and Wellness, facilitated by Rebecca H. Marks, MA, LAMFT



DBT has 4 Modules:

1. Mindfulness Module. 

2. Distress Tolerance Module.

3. Emotion Regulation Module.

4. Interpersonal Effectiveness Module.

 

Each Module contains SKILLS that will teach and enhance your ability to feel calmer, with less anger outbursts, less impulsivity, bringing forth greater clarity and wholeness in your headspace and lifestyle.



SUMMERTIME DBT GROUP FOR ADULTS (AGES 36+)

Sunday Evenings for 1 hour 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Begins June 9, 2024 - September 1, 2024


 

SUMMERTIME DBT GROUP FOR YOUNG ADULTS (AGES 18-35) 

Sunday Afternoons for 1 hour 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM 

Begins June 9, 2024 - September 1, 2024


 

SUMMERTIME DBT GROUP FOR ADOLESCENTS (AGES 12-17)

Monday Afternoons for 1 hour 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM

Begins June 10, 2024 - August 26, 2024
