With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, most major insurance carriers now cover teletherapy visits. You may want to contact your insurance company to verify your individual plan and coverage. During your initial telemedicine visit, your individual therapist or psychiatric practitioner will review your rights to privacy pertaining to telehealth and answer any other questions you may have about your teletherapy visits.
